danceai Video provides AI video generation credits and subscriptions. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Eligibility

• Monthly subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment if you have used less than 10% of the monthly credits.
• Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment if you have used less than 10% of the annual credits.
• One-time credit packs: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of the credits.
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email our support team at support@seedance-2-ai.org with:

• Your account email address
• The order or transaction ID
• The reason for the request

We review refund requests within 3 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations
• Abusive or fraudulent refund requests
• Chargebacks already filed with your payment provider
