Seedance 2.0 AI ("Seedance 2.0 AI", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent AI video workflow service that helps users create short videos from text, images, or reference clips. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Independent Service and Trademark Notice

Seedance 2.0 AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party model providers.

Third-party names, logos, and model identifiers are used only for identification and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account.

5. Service Description

Seedance 2.0 AI provides tools to:

• Submit prompts and media inputs
• Route jobs to supported third-party model providers
• Review outputs and generation history
• Download generated results

Provider and model availability may change at any time due to external API updates, outages, or policy changes.

6. Credits, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

• Generations consume credits based on selected mode and settings.
• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings > Billing.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.
• Refund handling follows our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Create deceptive, abusive, or harmful content
• Abuse infrastructure, scrape private data, or reverse engineer the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. User Inputs and Outputs

You retain ownership of your inputs to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to process inputs and outputs to operate the service, support billing, maintain reliability, and resolve technical issues.

AI outputs may be similar across users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing and for ensuring legal compliance in your use case.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service depends on third-party providers for model inference, payments, hosting, storage, and analytics. Their terms and policies may also apply.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free generation, or suitability for a specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.0 AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
